REACh Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006
REACh means: Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals. Main issue is to transfer responsibility of safe handling of chemicals from the national authorities to the industry. The European regulation covers many requirements, as the definition of SVHC-substances, restrictions, etc.
