Registration:
Registrations can be made by e-mail, registration fax or in another written form. The number of participants at the seminar is limited to 12 persons. Registration closes 14 days before the seminar begins. Registrations are processed by date of receipt. You will receive confirmation of registration by mail.

Seminar Fee:
The seminar fee is included on every registration fax and is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. The seminar fee includes drinks, coffee breaks and seminar documentation.

Notice of Withdrawal/Cancellation:
In the event that you wish to cancel your participation please note that the following costs will be charged. 28 days before seminar begins: processing fee of EUR 39.99 net, 21 days before seminar begins: 80% of the seminar fee, 14 days before seminar begins: 100% of the seminar fee, except if you are able to name a replacement participant.

Hotel Bookings:
If you require a hotel room please inform us of your accommodation requirements at registration. We will book a hotel room for you near the event location on a self-payment basis.

Event Cancellation:
If an event is cancelled for organisational reasons, e.g. because of insufficient participants or lecturer illness, then the invoiced costs will be reimbursed. No further claims can be made on the event organiser.
