The water protection commissioner advises the user and the operating members in matters, which could be significant and necessary for the protection of water,

through records of the inspection and measurements, he notes and gives results to the user, furthermore he notes deficiencies and proposes measures to eliminate them

he works on the application of appropriate sewage treatment systems, including procedures for the proper recycling or disposal of the resulting wastewater treatment residues

development and implementation of internal procedures to avoid or reduce the amount of sewage

environment-friendly productions

informing the operating members regarding the cause of water pollution, and on the creation and measures to prevent water pollution

compliance with water regulations
The water protection commissioner compiles an annual report on the measures taken or planned to the user.
