Tremcards / Instructions in writing
The WP.15 workshop decided the changes for the instructions in writing (tremcards) in November 2007. For this reason, the current tremcard system ends at 1.1.2009. The requirements of the new instructions in writing are announced in the new ADR 2009 chapter 5.4.3.!
According the labels of its cargo, the driver has the possibility to gain information and indications of potential dangers through the new collective tremcard. He also obtains measures and provisions in case of accidents according to all possible dangerous goods classes.
The allocation of the new collective tremcard is only necessary in one language, namely the language which can be read and understand by the driver. Responsible for the allocation of the tremcard ist now the carrier! (The responsibility of the consignor/shipper will be to only load after controlling the existence of the new tremcard.)
The conversion to the new four-sided collective tremcard will be implemented according ADR 2009 chapter 5.4.3. From 1.1.2009 on (transition period till 30.06.2009) the new tremcards will exist only in the new paper format/colour printing.
You can order the new tremcards in German language acc. ADR 2009 at Chemical Check GmbH. Minimum purchasing quantity is 5 pieces at EUR 3,00/pcs plus shipping charges and taxes.
