Legal responsibilities for the cargo security arise from civil and public law (eg the German StVO Section 22 and Section 412 Commercial Code as well as ADR Chapter 7.5.7 for "handling and stowage"). For the practitian it is not always easy to maintain an overview!
Let your staff (dispatchers, shippers personnel, driving staff, operating managers and department heads) train according to VDI Guideline 2700.
An introduction to the legal bases, the physical forces and pressures and the requirements for the transport vehicle / transport unit and the various types of cargo security and security-tools are provided at our 1-day seminar on site.
Theory and practice shape the training day, so that you know any equipment on cargo security-tools, so that you evaluate any equipment and its apperance, show up defects, calculate preload force and complete practical securing of load.
We use the training document "cargo security, but true!" for this seminar and lead up to a max. number of 20 people by one seminar.
Precondition:
You place a truck, removable bridge or sea container for the practical part of the seminar.
