Fire safety assistants are employees in the company who take on fire-fighting tasks without endangering themselves and saving lives in an emergency.
The employer must familiarise a sufficient number of employees (5 percent in the case of normal fire risk) with the use of fire extinguishing equipment through expert instruction and practical exercises and appoint them as fire safety assistants. The objectives of the training offered are the safe handling and use of fire extinguishing equipment to fight incipient fires without endangering the employees themselves and to ensure that they can leave (escape) independently.
In this training, our experts will teach you, among other things, the legal principles of fire protection, the correct behaviour in the event of a fire as well as fire fighting with fire extinguishers and much more.
